Fumi Majaro

I appreciate you taking the time to stop by and recognize that this is a significant step for you. In this space, my intention is to support you in navigating impacts of relational trauma, anxiety, self-worth, and self-esteem concerns.

Do you find yourself struggling with negative views of self, questioning your worth in relationships, people-pleasing, or trying to regulate overwhelming emotions? You may also be carrying concerns connected to difficult experiences from earlier stages of life.

I hold a strong desire to support you through change, growth, and optimal wellbeing. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to build resilience, uncover strengths, develop coping strategies, and restore hope.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

My approach to therapy is integrative and dependent on concerns an individual wishes to address in therapy. My goal is to utilize an approach tailored to meet the individual's needs, which means how a person processes an experience and their goals for therapy are taken into consideration as we collaboratively explore therapeutic approaches.

As an immigrant and a person of colour, my practice is culturally informed and welcomes individuals of diverse backgrounds.
