I appreciate you taking the time to stop by and recognize that this is a significant step for you. In this space, my intention is to support you in navigating impacts of relational trauma, anxiety, self-worth, and self-esteem concerns. Do you find yourself struggling with negative views of self or questioning your worth in relationships? Are you people-pleasing, struggling to set boundaries or regulate your emotions? Furthermore, does the question of who you are throw you off? These are some concerns that might be related to negative experiences that have occurred at various stages in our lives. I hold a strong desire to support you through the process of change, growth, and optimal wellbeing. 

My goal is to work collaboratively with you to build resiliency, uncover your strengths, develop coping strategies, and establish hope. I enjoy engaging individuals in dynamics that foster exploring and unpacking blocks, internalized behaviours or thought patterns that no longer serve you positively. While I aim to work at your pace, you can expect questions that trigger reflections and insights. 

I recognize that reaching out for therapy can be challenging, therefore, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment as you commence on your journey of healing.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I offer trauma-informed therapy services to individuals aged 18 and above.

My approach to therapy is integrative and dependent on concerns an individual wishes to address in therapy. My goal is to utilize an approach that is tailored to meet the individual’s needs, which means how a person processes an experience and their goals for therapy are taken into consideration as we collaboratively explore therapeutic approaches.

As an immigrant and a person of colour; my practice is culturally informed and welcomes individuals of diverse backgrounds.
